How PACER Helps
PACER Center is a Minnesota nonprofit organization that provides information to Minnesota families of children with all disabilities.
How PACER can help:
- Individual assistance is provided over the phone and in-person to families who have questions about their child's needs
- Workshops for parents and professionals take place on an ongoing basis throughout Minnesota
- Resources such as printed publications and online materials are available on a variety of relevant topics
How do I get started?
Give PACER a call at 952-838-9000 or email. Regular office hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Is there a cost?
Most PACER services are provided free of charge to Minnesota families. PACER receives funding from a variety of government, foundation, and private sources.
What can I expect when I call?
You will be asked some basic information to direct your call to the appropriate person. The majority of PACER staff are parents of children with disabilities themselves who understand what you are experiencing and are ready to help you help your child.
What if I'm not sure if PACER can help me?
Call us anyway! PACER has over 30 programs, so chances are there is something to fit your needs. PACER helps a wide variety of families and professionals on local, state, and national levels every day.
